Try that method for now. It is working for fine for those countries that are not supported.

Try visiting your local retailer and see if they have a flyer or ask a employee if they know about a release date.

But you can buy it in Steam. Just use a VPN service. And to be in the safe side, just set up a second account, and then buy and gift the game to your primary account.
