I bought today the expansion for Fallout 3, Operation Anchorage and downloaded just fine, problem comes when i try to install it, sometimes i get it to install but it seems to be stuck, it says installing but can be like that for an hour long. Sometimes i get an error and at the end this code:(0x800B0003)
Microsoft help tells me to download this:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=135771
But when i do i just get an error saying my windows it's in another language...
I usually never have any problems with any game at all...Is there any way i can just install and play what i just bought without all this really complicated not user friendly at all system? Please help i spent money. Thx.

OK, here's a registry tweak that might help you guys.
Here's what to do.Open up the registry editor (Start-->Run-->Type "regedit") and do the following:Be sure to backup your registry first, in case something goes wrong. This trick works for XP SP3 installation on non-english systems, so it's worth a try. To change the system installed in place of language, run registration editor, and then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ ControlSet001 \ Control \ Nls \ language registry key, and then change the value date for the "default" and "InstallLanguage" the value of the registration of "0409" on behalf of American English. Then, open up Control Panel and go to Regional and Language settings, and change the default language to US English. Then click on the Advanced tab and change the language there as well. Click OK, and finally restart the system. You should now be able to install the hotfix. Hope this works for you.
