Okay, I have an account on my computer, "Gold1517" which is also the account on my Xbox 360. But now I want to create an offline account on my computer for my little brother so he can play on my computer without any of my friends bothering me. But I don't see that option when I try and log in, I only see that I can log into my "Gold1517" account or "Sign in with a different account". The latter only brings me to "Forgot your Password?" and that doesn't help at all. Is there anyway I can remove "Gold1517" from my computer so I can make an offline account? How can I create an offline account if I already have an online account on there?
Hi, creating an offline profile is easy.
To create an offline profile, open up the Guide (the home key does this by default) and choose create new profile, then choose offline profile. It will allow you to save, but you won't get achievements or gamerscore.

Howdy sorry to bring this up again cause i have the same problem as the person before me. I want to create an offline account but dont know where to go. I installed GFWL and have tried the home button to no avail, Ive tried Xboxlive.com and GFWL.com as well with no home button guide opening powers. Where do i go and what do i have to do for an offline account? Thanks for your assist
This option will not show up if you are logged into your online gamertag already. Logout & then the create button witl be available.
This doesn't work for me, because when i go to create an account, it take me online to a web page for win live, and there is no option to create an offline account. Is there another way to do this?

How did you end up able to create an offline account? I have tried all day, but I see no option for an offline account. It always just takes me to a website and ends up being an online account.

How did you do it? This is what happens to me when I try starting the game...
After I've selected Start at the game...
After clicking Create New Profile...
A small warning..

And after I sign in and create a profile, it just makes an online profile.. What do I do to create an offline one? I think that maybe some people have a different GFWL Client? As you can see, the one that I have doesn't give me a choice of an online or offline profile.. The client that I've downloaded is on this page http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-us/live/Pages/livelaunch.aspx . And when I press the Home button, it just brings out the Create a GFWL Profile thing again..(refer to the 1st picture) Someone please help... fiddy619, it seems that you had the same problem.. All of us wanna know... How did you do it?
