I believe this is the only GFWL game that had the largest update.

Do you check their site/forums daily? You dont even have the game. Please tell me you do not have that much free time on your hands to report to us on a game you dont even own. Find a hobby sir!

player B doesnt have map 1 can he join game \ and autodownload (like in WC3) map 1
also this question applies to player made skins/sounds/effects with custom games
does GFWL allow this?

Theres no LIVE title that auto-downloads custom maps. The dev in that post points why they arent doing it.

But at least there trying to find a better solution:
