Hi,I'm from Bulgaria.Today I bought Street Fighter 4.This is the first Games For Windows game that I buy. When I try to connect to GFW Live I get those errors in a Random way : 1.The live service may be unavailable,or there may be an issue with your home networking equipment or firewall.2.can't connect to Live error code 0x80151911.I disabled the Windows Firewall(don't have any other Firewall),Stopped Kaspersky Antivirus, and still can not get online.I use an ADSL modem.I downloaded Games for Windows Live setup and have no problem signing in there, but I can't say the same for Street Fighter 4.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried uninstalling Kaperski then preforming a reboot?
Just did.Didn't help at all. Here is a screen that might be usefull:http://img104.imageshack.us/img104/5712/streetfighteriv20090707.jpg
Ok, If you preformed that and it did not work please list your Modem/make/model Internet provider Any routers.
This is important since they can have firewalls blocking this. It can also be related to your MTU make sure it is set to at least 1365 in your modem or router.
I don't have any routers.Just a single modem. My internet provider is the Bulgarian company BTC(Bulgarian Telephone Company,Yeah they provide internet too and It's the best internet in my region.)The modem is provided by the internet provider. If it is of any help, about the model,on the modem is inscripted ZTE ZXDSL 831.About the MTU...I'm not that much into that stuff so I don't know what it means.Any suggestions how to set it up on windows vista? And BTW ,for the last couple of times I tried to connect I only get this error : 1.The live service may be unavailable,or there may be an issue with your home networking equipment or firewall.

Bulgaria is not a supported country. But you can still play if you follow this :-
If you are in an unsupported territory you must not enter a passport account. Use a different e-mail account such as one from Gmail or other free service. On the next page you will be able to choose any supported territory, allowing you to play any games in territories that are not supported by LIVE.
All right.I made a gmail e-mail,and made new Live account with it but I still get the same error :( Any other solution?
You will need to run you event viewer to find out the actuall error
Start > Run > type EVENTVWR > press OK
Look under Windows Logs + Applications
Look for xlive.dll
post the details from that error or warning
I cant connect as well. Ive created 4 accounts so far due to this issues LoL.

Today I called my Internet provider and told them to open all ports to the modem but still I get the same error.I'm going to reinstall Vista now,to see if that helps.
Reinstalling Vista and opening all ports fixed this issue for me.I even logged in with my Bulgarian e-mail :D

Try creating a new windows account with administrator permisions and see if you are able to sign in to live
It appears the modem you are running acts a firewall this may be preventing your connection
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZTE/ZXDSL831v4.2/XBOX360_Street_Fighter_IV.htm
There is more than one version of your modem but the guide listed should be pretty close if not exact
443
53
3074
80
88
These are the ports you must open.
I hope this helps.
