This is the third topic I'm posting about this problem:

The LIVE service may be unavailable, or there may be an issue with your home networking equipment

Apparently there is not anyone competent enough to try and help me resolve my problem.Look,I don't want to be rude but this is not a way to treat a customer.I want to believe there are smart people working with Microsoft and I wan't to get what I assume I deserve for the money I gave to buy a GFWL game.
For the third time here is my problem:

I bought Street Fighter 4 three weeks ago with the intention to play online. This is my first GFWL game. When I try to connect I get the upper error.I was able to log in once but that was it.
I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate x64,Service Pack 2,Net Framework 3.5.I opened all ports needed through the modem.I contacted my Internet Provider and told him to open all ports.I use Kaspersky Antivirus 8.0.0.506.I triedn uninstalling it and stopping windows firewall,It did not work.
My PC :
DualCore Intel Wolfdale, 2500 MHz (76 x 33)
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L
4GB RAM DDR2-800
NVIDIA GEFORCE 9800GT 512DDR3
Network Adapter    Realtek RTL8168B/8111B Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
Modem-ZTE ZXDSL 831 modem.
I use ADSL connection.My MTU is 1500.
Here what event Viewer has to say about the problem :

Title StreetFighterIV.exe (1, 0, 0, 1) XLive 2.0.0687.0 (PANORAMA_V2.00_RTM.090421-2351) C:\Windows\system32\xlive.dll
0x8015190e

XLive Logon Failed

00:EF:6A:E3:1E:A5
192.168.1.2
0x0
LogonHR == 0x8015190e
Games for Windows - LIVE DLL

If there is any support in this forum that support me!I don't want SF4 to be the first and last GFWL game i buy...

Most of the customer service that is handled on this forum is going to be the users supporting other users. The GFWL team does not have time to help every person or be on this forum very much. I did not see any of your posts & alot of users post problems when the solution is under thier noses.

Modem-ZTE ZXDSL 831 modem, are you using this as a router, just as a modem, or both? It seems to be a complicated piece of hardware.

Did you follow this regarding port fowarding? http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZTE/ZXDSL831/Xbox_Live_360.htm I have read people having problems with this gateway when UPNP is enabled. Disabling it & portfowarding worked.

What I would recommend is that you directly connect your PC to this gateway. Open up the configuration page & disable the routing features of the Gateway. In turn making it into a modem only for now. If Live works that way, then slowly try to figure out what is causing the problem. It is most likely a NAT issues & you will have to configure it. If all else fails, Can you upgrade your firmware or does the ISP not allow that?

I'm using it just as modem. The upper link you gave me doesn't help because I don't have static IP.I'm with dynamic IP.
Someone on the forum gave me this link

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZTE/ZXDSL831v4.2/XBOX360_Street_Fighter_IV.htm

but it can't help me because the password for the modem in the link does'nt work for me.I guess my Internet provider don't want me to set up anything in my modem.Any other suggestions?

EDIT:

I somehow found the username and password of the modem on a forum in google, entered the modem(hope my ISP don't sue me XD ),disabled Upnp and it magicly worked!I'll try to enjoy it as long as I can.If there are anymore problems I'll post in this thread again.
