LucasArts said they would have some special announcements at their San Diego Comic-Con panel and boy, were they right. Today they revealed that they will be releasing a PC and Mac version of 2008's best selling action game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed in a new "Ultimate Sith Edition". This new version will contain all of the content of the original console game plus three all new missions that continue the storyline of Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice.

This new version, which will be co-published by Aspyr Media sometime this fall., will also contain new costumes for the game's lead character the Secret Apprentice. It will also have new character models that will give players a chance to control classic Star Wars characters like Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Count Dooku, Jango Fett and C-3PO.

I do hope Aspry will give a good port rather than shoddy port.

After what they did with Dark Sector on the pc, I have a lot of confidence in them.

Dark Sector was done by a Russian developer called Noviy Disk. Aspry only published them.

Yeah, I meant that Aspry are good publishers. I couldn't ask for a better port of Dark Sector.

Sorry for not stating this clearly :)

This is good news.

I am looking forward to this title - originally LA said that they would not release for Pc, I am glad they changed their mind.

Hmm.. the rquirements are a bit high arent they??Smile

Of course it will have better graphics than console version right?? But why it needs 23 gb hard drive?? I have only 320 gb hard drive and right now only 14 gb are free!!!  Hope that my old Cpu dont cause probelms... I have athlon x2 4400+ 2 gb ram 8800gt 512... Evrything is Ok except the CPU .. but 2,2 ghz vs 2,4 ghz is not such big difference so i will be able to play the game right???

it may run, but it won't run very well. I can see this game being very CPU dependant due to all the physics stuff going on
