I agree. Party chat and out of game dash board are a must.
Yet, I think it should include some more gadgets, like a browser. Even better, I think it should be turned into a stand alone dash board that could work in any game, live or not. It would be nice to just pull up the independent dashboard and chat with your friends on the live network.
I think the dashboard should include a My games tab that lists installed games on your computer, and you should be able to add links to games not found by the dashboard. It would be nice to have a media tab as well, for playing your music while in game. Even though you can already do it via itunes/windows media player, it would be cool to have it all integrated. It also might as well have a Marketplace tab to appease Microsoft. A community tab to the gamesforwindows forums or xbox 360 forums would be cool.
Just my thoughts.
