Hi everyone, i just ordered my new grafx card (9400 GT ) And i still have around £15-17 pounds left...Any ideas on what game/s i could get to try out my new grafx card
I have no idea how much it costs in pounds, but buy Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

What games do you fancy? Perhaps if you state that then we can make more suitable recommendations for you.
Note that you might need to save up a couple more pounds if your going for most of the new games. Maybe ask some of the guys to recommend some older games that are in your budget range for starters.

I quite like shooters, horror games and a bit of everything really, but mainly horror and shooters
I was thinking Dead Space and can't really think of a shooter
Dead Space is a good horror game. Re 5 might be a tad bit expensive for you. I would have suggested Silent Hill: Origins or Silent Hill: Homecoming for you, but it might be too short for you (Every single Silent Hill game is too short for me btw). So, for your first solid pc horror experience, go with Dead Space.
I am assuming that you are going for older titles which are cheaper, so I think I have to go with Alec Mason for this one. CoD: Modern Warfare will be good for you. But the game isn't Halo like. Going in a frenzy will get you killed. It's all about looking at how things are going and keeping a cool and steady head (and aim). Trigger happy antics will only get you killed faster.
Or maybe Halo 2?
Alternatively, if you like counter strike and magic; or should I say guns and magic (Like me :D) get Shadowrun.
Thanks for the help
After reading i think i will go for Dead Space, also my bro ordered Halo 2 so i won't stuck for a good game
I can get it for £7 off play.com so if anyone else wants to buy it also, Amazon sell it for around 4-5 pounds
You should try this, you should be able to get 30fps maxed out
I heard that some FPS pros get good reflexes because of that.
