Well, if I do buy Guild Wars, the 1st profession (confirmed) that I want to be is a Necro. Heck, I have dibs on any games that have a Necro class.
I don't know why am I soo obssesed with Necros. Must be because I like watching horror movies to much and I am into ghost stories XD
Failling that, any spellcasting class will do.
Need help? Send me a messege through LIVE or make a new post in Malay or Chinese if English isn't your first language.

I can't remember when but I eventually gave into the tempation of trying out a necro and it really was fun! I never managed to beat any of the games with that necro BUT it was fun while it lasted haha.
BTW 1 last note:
Professions in all Guild Wars games: Elementalist-Monk-Warrior-Ranger
Exclusive to Factions: Necromancer-Ritualist
Exclusive to Nightfall: Paragon-Dervish
But all of the games are linked together so if you buy BOTH Factions and Nightfall you can carry over a necromancer into Nightfall. Vice versa with the other professions.

Well I had like 5 other characters I was playing with so I sort of ignored the necromancer lol. But that could be different with you.
And as for Diablo 2 I have no idea. I play that game at my friends house but I have never played as a necromancer.

Well GuildWars.com says that they are going to PAX again this year and are giving away the Guild Wars 2 artbook (limited supply) and the artists are even signing it.
For those of you who don't know Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 is known for its beautiful art (and their game graphics of course)
And they are playing the Guild Wars 2 trailer on bigscreen over and over all of PAX...
and....they are taking questions I believe about Guild Wars 2.
this game looks kool I didn't know it was free to play after purchasing the retail copy thats pretty awesome. still looking more forward to The old republic though
I just watched the rest of this trailer after answering that question earlier with the Amazon link... WOW do some of those areas look AMAZING!!!
And if it is free to play after buying... this is a possible buy. And after what I've heard of the first game from this thread, it sounds like more of a story experience than World of Warcraft. Still a WOW fanboy though.
