I don't want to seem like a simpleton or anything, but the entire guide I appear to have already done, or is compleatly and utterly written in something you would expect from a very formal lawyer, and so I can barely comprehend.
On that note, believing that a picture is worth a thousand words, here is a link to an ImageShack gallery showing my sign-in progress, and network connects/my network places:

PS: My router is a WIRELESS "netgear"
EDIT 1: I will be away for the next 6 days and so will have no access to the internet, so my responses will be delayed
Hamachi is probably blocking your access. You probably need to unistall Hamachi as it interferes with GFWL service. Also your wireless connection is being monitored by windows firewall, so you will have to configure or disabled it.
InGlocksWeTrust:Verify inside the settings of the guide that it is set to the device that is connected to the internet.
Below is what I was refering to. Making sure GFWL is connecting through Wireless Network Connection, and not another device like, LAC, or Hamachi.
Ok, disabled Hamachi, and the firewall on my wireless connection, My network information is as follows:
Network Adapter: "Wireless Network Connection"
Internet IP Address: "Not Signed in"
Local IP Address: *MY IP*
UPnP: "Not signed in"
NAT TYPE: Open
Still not working
Latest Error Code:
0x800705b4
Disabling Hamachi may not be enough. It has known issues with GFWL. Uninstalling it to see if LIVE login can be resolved is what you should try.
Steam The Baron: Latest Error Code: 0x800705b4
This is a standard connection error code that has to do with a firewall or security program blocking the service. What Firewall/antivirus/antispyware program do you use?
It is my belief that your MTU on either your router or OS is out of range that is required for LIVE to work. Have you tried to addressed or check this issue yet?
I have changed my MTU (At least I think that is what it was) to 1500 which was the recommended speed. So I believe that the MTU is not the issue
Also, I use AVAST (Home edition) as my anti-virus and have no 3rd party Firewall, only the one that comes with Windows

Ok, following PC GAMER (UK)'s advice I ran a Microsoft tool that should help Annalise the problems, the results aren't great as you can see.
Any help is appreciated

Internet Explorer controls your internet connection. Run IE, go "File", click "Work Online" and you should be good to go.
If that doesn't work, check to make sure you have the right ports open, specifically,
* UDP 53 * UDP 88 * UDP 3074 * TCP 3074 * TCP 80 * TCP 53 * TCP 443
Also check your router for UPnP that it is enabled as well.

Internet explorer actually was running online, and so I could only turn it OFFline, I could be using an out-of-date IE though.
And I have those ports open, also pretty sure that my router supports UPnP as my game USED to work online, but now doesn't.
EDIT: Just to add a note on how my Wireless connection is received, I am using a Netgear router, that sends information to a Netgear USB adapter that is plugged into an "increaser" (You plug a USB in, and then you get 4 USB slots to plug more stuff in). Also the program on my computer that receives this is "Netgear Smart Wizard WG111v2"

Avast has been turned off, and so Windows Security is warning me against turning it off. I also disabled the Firewall from the Security center, and with both those turned off and the correct ports/exceptions added I still can't connect.
Now, the only thing I can think of. And it really is a very small chance, is that the program "Simple Port Forwarding" MIGHT not forward the ports to my router as it says it does. However this is very unlikely because it comes up with 0 errors and the exceptions appear in Windows Firewall as well.
About the link, it works fine for me, which is weird.
What is the manufacturer of your modem & the model number?(It can be found on the sticker at the bottom or back of the modem.) I can gather from the test that it is Netgear. Also what firmware are you using as well?
Steam The Baron:About the link, it works fine for me, which is weird.
The link works for you because you are logged into your profile. Usually the link needs to have your username inside of the url.
Manufacturer of Modem: Motorolla
Model of Modem: SB5100i
Fireware: I'm sorry but I don't know what Firmware is :(

Directly plug in your PC into the modem to see if you can connect then. If you can connect that way, then the router you are using i either not set up to port foward, or the firmware you are using has UPNP issues & will need to be updated.
Sadly, because of the same that the router and modem are set up in the computer room, I would have a very hard time compleatly de-plugging my entire computer and moving it, and even then I doubt the cable would be long enough to reach.
And even if that happened I would be confused as to which cable to plug in, It has 3 slots at the back in which 2 are currently in use:
Ethernet (In use)
USB (Not in Use)
Cable
However, I have never updated any Firmware since buying my PC in 2005, and have since rebuilt the entire thing with the exception of the monitor and hard drive. Where could I upgrade it?
