I bought the US-version of Fallout 3. Since I have a german GFW-account I wonder if there is a way to buy the us version of the dlc anyway. Does anybody have any information on this?

Aren't Mature rated games block in Germany?

I think you'd have to apply a German language pack to your game and buy German DLC
