Alright, so i just got Fallout 3 off steam went through all the crap i had to go through to be able to download dlc and when i finally do. I buy 1000 Microsoft points, and go to download point look out, but when i do i get a error message! I MEAN COME ON!!!! I WENT THROUGH ALL THIS AND WASTED ALL THAT MONEY!?!

How are we supposed to help you when you provide zero information to what the error you are receiving. Take a breather, post some screen shots, or a error code to help us help you!
No error code. If i had one I'd give it.

Like i said no error code but i do get a could not connect to windows live message and that it is shutting down if i click new content available
