I have purchased 2500 points i buy 3 dlc packs for 800 points each i confirm yadda yadda yadda get no error messages 2 of the dlcs start downloading but the third gone nowhere to be seen and i have only got 100 points left what the ****? any help would be appreciated also can ne1 tell me where the program installs these damn things to because i cant find it anywhere and it wont let me choose or tell me where it put them !
since i cant edit i found where it puts the games when they have DLed :) but i am still missing my first DL
i also cant find any way to contact customer service ( in australia or via email) the links send me in circles

indeed i have already looked there and my problem is not like that at all. My file has not Dled has not been shown as purchased but i have lost my points and am most annoyed at this
i have been using other methods to get my content working thats not my problem (i have a modded game and i have been moving the files around a fair bit so i know where to move them all too)
ok do you get a error or just cant find it in the MY Media tab?
no error nothing like it at all and its not on MY Media tab
any help or is everyone else stumped too????
