It's Just Cause 2, at least the gamestop site has it as a GFWL.

I will check out AFL Football '10 (release date DECEMBER 2010?!?!) if it is a GFWL title, because I am one of the crazy guys who will import a game.
Also, did the status of the PC version of Singularity change from being an early 2010 GFWL title? The game's advertising in Gamestop has a GFWL logo.

Last I knew it was still LIVE, but they kept pushing the release date back until finally take it down all together.
Edit: It appears it is no longer LIVE enabled, according to the front page anyway.

Anyway, as for Singularity, it's Xbox LIVE, but the game is not showing as a Games for Windows game, let alone GfW LIVE
Of course this could change, but it doesn't look like it was planned that way from the onset of this game.
as for Rogue Warrior, it seems to be shooting for a December 1st, 2009 release date. It is a Games for Windows title, but not LIVE. at least the box art is sans LIVE logo for now, nor have I seen any mention of it being a LIVE game other than on the 360.
So neither Rogue Warrior or Singularity are on GFWL.
