i'm trying to start a offline co-op game but i keep getting this screen

Hi, have you made sure MTU is set to 1492 (or 1500), and the required ports are forwarded? It would be helpful if you could do a recheck on those and get back to us. Thanks.
the mtu is set to 1500 while for the ports i don't know which port need to be forwarded....
i forgot to say that i'm trying to start an offline lan game with another computer in the same room
mine is using a cable attached to the router and the other is a wireless connection but both can't start or join a co-op game
