Eastman is right, but to be sure, what is the game? Be aware the GFWL and Microsoft will replace, for a fee, any game disc from Microsoft Studios. The name of the producer of the game is usually on the front of the case, ie, THQ.
Also, you will have to send in your broken disc as proof that you have purchased the game.
