I recently pick up my copy of the Collectors Edition of Batman Arkham Asylum and am on able to download the Crime Ally or the armored Batsuit DLC that i got with it.
The problem occurs when i type in my redemption code in to GFW i hit the redeem button and it doesn't do anything i don't get an error message it just sits there. At first i thought it was my firewall but even when i turn everything off it still doesn't download.
I was able to download the Insane Nights Map Pack fine its just the CE ones that i can't get.
I'm running Windows XP if that is any help.

Is this your first Games for Windows Live game?
Have you checked for connection issues?
have you checked for port issues?
Do you keep your PC completely updated?
have you downloaded and installed the most recent version of the GFWL Client?
What version of XP do you have?
Are you running through a router?
What Anitvirus and Firewall are you running?
