When I try to download the armed batsuit by entering the code I got I get an error message: "Unable to retrieve information from LIVE. Please try again later. Status Code : 800700e8".
I've tried several days in a row and I even got a new code from the reseller.
This is my second GFWL-game.
Downloading the free map pack insane night went without a problem, I can login to live and see the leaderboard scores.
I'm using windows 7 professional rtm and no other firewall. I tried turning it off but that didn't help. My router and modem are the same box so I cannot bypass it but the router's firewall is turned off.
My windows installation is up to date.
The firewall states that any inbound tcp or udp connections for both batman and gfwl are allowed, all outbound connections that do not match a filter are allowed.
How are you entering the code? Through B:AA guide or through the marketplace client?
Through B:AA, by opening gfwl, pressing my name and then redeem code.
Try using it on the marketplace.

I tried that now and it says "There is a problem with the offer associated with this code". It's the same with both codes.
Sounds like it is a 360 code. I would suggest contacting support.

I'm glad to hear that but I live in Sweden. Should I contact the reseller again and ask for a new code or is there something else that is wrong?
I would ask what system the code is for, 360 or is it for Games for Windows LIVE.
You could try contacting Edios with the number on the back of the game box or tou can try going to xbox.com & click support to get a number that is near you. Then when you call them, you need to ask for a Games for Windows LIVE technician.
I've contacted the reseller again and sugested that I may have received a xbox 360 code. I'll wait for them to answer before I do anything else. Thank you for your help!
