i bought all the dlc for the xbox version of fallout 3 but is there a way to add them to my PC without repaying for them

This also applies to DLC as it is platform specific as well.  So if you get FO3 for the PC, then make sure if you purchase DLC, it is for the PC and not Xbox 360.
