Voice lag when Chatting

Whenever I chat with someone that is on the 360 they say my voice cuts out really bad, almost to the point where we cant chat at all.  Im just wondering if there is any way to fix this.

 

Can anyone help me?

 

BTW: It happens when Im using Windows 7 and XP.

Go into your router and do this:

Enable these settings:

MTU: 1500
NAT: OPEN, enabled
UPnP: enabled

And before you say how do you do that, read your routers manual.
