PC version is a games for windows live?? with achivements and stuff like that :O ?

I believe it used to be until there was a problem with the publisher.  I think Ubisoft is now publishing it in which case, I very much doubt it will use Games for Windows Live.

its a bit of a fail on the PC tbh, doesn't even have flight stick supportSurprise

This game has actully been out for a while now on the PC (September 22) and no it is not using the Games for Windows - Live services. It was orignally being developed by Atari and later taken over by Ubisoft.

Regardless of it not being a Live title, this should not be a reason to not purchase the game if you are truely intereted in it. You will only miss out on great titles if you stick to one branding.

 

Edit: Well beat to the punch again. Also, I did not know it had no joystick support, which I have not had a need for a joystick since about the 90's.
