Please be a little more specific. are you talking about the one I see here right now?
If it is, then this gamer tag is tied to the live ID that you signed in with.
You need to sign in with the live ID that your new gamer tag is associated with.
To find out what it is, just sign into an Xbox 360 console and go to your credentials and you will see it.
Message when logging in: Invalid User Credentials
The username and/or password cannot be validated, or your account is locked out or has not been approved yet.
Shood i change my personal email to the account i am trying to sign in. Or would that make a differance.
Account- gamertag o C I A o (the one you see now) and Biometric- trying to sign into Biometric
go to login.live.com and see if you can access the account there.
If you cannot, then the Live ID and/or password is invalid. Nothing to be done accept make sure it is spelled correctly.
