With the official launch of Windows 7 OS tomorrow, we've discovered you could experience crashing when installing disc 2 of the Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition. To correct the issue, you'll want to make sure you have the latest Games for Windows LIVE update -- available at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=128962
If you're experiencing similar issues and you're still running Windows Vista or XP, getting the latest GFWL update may resolve issues you're experiencing.

Does this post mean you are finally back???? Nice to see you posting again!!!!
GFWModeratorrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He showed up for my B-day :P
Can't wait for Final Fantasy XIII!
Good to see you GFWModerator!!
I hope you are able to rejoin us on a regular basis again.
And you need not worry, GFWLMod has done a great job since you've gone.
Perhaps, just maybe, we can expect both of you to hang out in the forum? That would be awesome.
Anyway, welcome back.
Yes welcome back !
After installing FO3 GOTY, and installing the latest GFWL, I noticed that when navigating the GFWL menus, I always have to put my mouse below where I want to click. It's difficult to explain. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell Studio 1557 laptop. Intel Core i7, 4GB DDR3 RAM, with an ATI HD 4570.
