that E3 2007 trailer si what got me looking at the whole GFWL stuff in the first place. Also got me interested in age of conan.

I think I still have that trailer somewhere on my xbox hard drive tbh.

I think the reason we don't get anything like that anymore is, MS aren't publishing their own games anymore, so they ahve no new content to directly add to such a trailer. Most games publishers much prefer to run their own advertising campaigns, that they have full control over. MS would be relying on all the other devs to submit footage for MS to use.

Not as simple as it sounds though I'm afraid. You then get the demands from companies over where their game goes in the sequence etc. & games companies can be incredably petty over things like this.

TBH its just not worth MS time & money in these financially troubled times. I can see the potential for this sort of thing to happen in the future if GFWL gets bigger & starts earning its keep so to speak. Thats going to require a lot of work though on the part of MS & the games devs & its going to require the users to put their hands in their pockets & poney up for the DLC.

Nothing in life is free, any company (& I do mean any company) that tells you different is lying. any company that can get you to belive it has an awesome PR dept.
