Yeah I think it could be cleaned up a bit. Especially to hide OFF Topic threads from the main page.
Jasestyle: I dont like the layout of the forums, it looks messy. Why can't we have it like a normal forum, Section (e.g Games For Windows LIVE games) and then you'll have a seperate forum for each GFWL game...

if they added color or stuff itll take longer to load i use my sis's DSI for wireless web surfing if they added i think itll be harder to load

Color changing and simple color is all done in simple html and other web based languages with color codes, it does not make loading a hassle. Now if they were to add more images as background layouts it could become more of a load time.
Next you can not expect a small device like that to be the best web surfing device. I am sure it lacks a many options such as javascripts, usage of cookies, heck possibly the browser is not capable of using flash at that.
As for my two cents, I do not think they should really worry about a redesign currently. All focus should be on fixing the current issues we are having with logining in, stickies, et cetera. The design itself is good for the fact it is rather simplistic. A simplistic design usally always runs well with users not to acquainted to forums in general.

For few weeks i have not gotten any sign in error. I thought the problem has been fixed. So i wrote a long article about MW 2 not having a dedicated servers a bad thing and after completing i clicked on post and bam the sign in error.
Curse this forum for being such a pain in the butt.

Everyone has the right to post their opinions and make suggestions that can make this site better. Nothing wrong with that.
Being rude and inconsiderate helps no one and is conter productive to what the forums is all about.
Having separate sections for each game is a good idea, and if the moderators and powers that be think this would be a good idea, I am sure they will look into it.
Remember what the forums are all about and give everyone a hand when you can.
Not that I was talking about colour, but how would adding colour to a website increase load times if it is done properly. Colour (yes that is how it is spelt in english not american) can be changed by changing the colour number in the html code. Or a shim like the blue lines across the top of the page can be changed from the blue to orange for LIVE for instance.
I stand by the fact I think more organization of the forums are needed.
Shadowrun's official forums closed long ago so they put its own forum here. All other games has its own forums.
