I've died like 15 times already and I'm really starting to get angry
I shoot at him with the rocket and missle launchers but he always destoys the mech I'm in. And my health always dies super fast when hes launching those explosives.
I'm playing on Normal difficulty.
To get the achievment you have to kill him on Mission 5 when you are going up the mountain. I don't think its possible to kill him on mission 4.
EDIT:Oops, I thought you were talking about the butterfly miniboss.
PC specs: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Processor 3.00 GHz, Windows 7 64-bit, 5.00 GB of RAM and a GeForce 9800 GTX+ graphics card.
Nevermind, I've beaten him now.
That was the most infuriating experience I've ever had in a game.

Lol consider other stuff I had to do on other games, that was one of the easy ones.
Can't wait for Final Fantasy XIII!

My ex convinced me to get 100% for her in FFX-2 so she could see the ending... I would have happily traded ya :/

getting the 100% ending was easy for me.........the boss "Penance" in FFX, it took around 4 hours just for one damn boss
Arhghgh.
Now I'm stuck on the mission 6 Green Eye boss
This is one of the hardest games ever made (but also a great game and still the best GFWL title for MP play as plenty of 360 owners mean there are always well populated matches to join) .
I managed to get all 1K GS on it after a good 12 months. Play it on Easy as even then its still very hard in places and most players will struggle to complete it on that mode let alone anything harder. If you think Normal is tough try the Extreme mode as that is so ridiculous and unfair!!
SlushBunny: Arhghgh. Now I'm stuck on the mission 6 Green Eye boss
for green eyes you are basically stuck in a big room, with a building in the middle of it. green eye will run in circles around the building. be warned he will change direction some times.
You have to shoot the 4 orange spots on each of his sides until they all have burst & so on.
I tend to stick to the central building to start with as there is a platform you can stand on so he doesn't run over you & you can shoot the spots as he passes. Be warned, he will occasionally shoot big chnks of ice at you. just use the boost function of the suit to move to the far side of the building for cover.
Once you have got rid of the spots on his sides, you have to shoot the spots on his head. the trick to this is to keep moving. again use the boost function of the suit to keep your distance. use the central building for cover if he shoots at you & the platforms on the sides & central building if he charges at you.
Basically all the akrid boss fights are about shooting bthe big orange spots & dodging their attacks.
