Is this a download copy and burn?

If it is, redownload it and reburn it.  YOu can try a slower burn with the ISO you have now, but if that doesn't work, try redownloading and reburning

Do you mean DVD? Cause Windows 7 will not fit on a CD.  It is over 2 gigs in size.

Try a good brand of DVD and if that does not work, try redownloading.  The speed is ok, unless your burner is getting old and starting to cause errors
