(Getting Off Topic) But I enjoy watching the NFL. The CFL is a joke to me, 3 downs isnt football. Love the Toronto Blue Jays MLB and The Leafs are my Team, even if there enjoy living in their parents basement.

Hey Mr. Kanata, nothing wrong with the CFL.  It is just a different game with the different rules.  3 downs means a faster game because passing becomes more significant.  Have you ever been to a CFL game?  It is awesome to watch. I will admit that is the major difference and there is also field size, but that goes hand in hand with passing.  More room to move around in

Follow the directions from the website.  downloadt the flash program, download the new bios update, run the program, chose the update, flash, reboot and you are done.  This is all down from within windows so you don't have to boot from a floppy.  Most BIOS updates are done this way now.

Old manual.  Go to the website, read the info there and make sure you download the correct software.  Do a bit of home work and make sure to read the info.  I quickly browsed through and I was able to get the info fairly easily.  shouldn't be a problem

cool i'll check it out

i read this

Do not update the BIOS if the system is running fine. Unsuccessful BIOS flash may cause the system fails to boot up. The manufacturer is not responsible for any BIOS flash failure.
2. Make sure your M/B PCB version number first, and then read the updated description & special note carefully to check if the new BIOS version patch pertain to your current problem.
(How to recognize the M/B PCB version)
3. It is recommended to use the updated flash utility included in each BIOS download package.
(How to use flash utility).
