Find the key or buy another copy.
You could try getting in contact with Bethesda, but your chances of getting a new (> nieuw ) key from them are fairly slim. You could always get a second-hand copy from Ebay. The non-GotY editions tend to go for a lot less

Be very careful about this. More often than not the Live keys will have exceeded usage issues.

True. However, taking the positive feedback percentage into account and making sure the key is usable by asking before bidding should take care of that. Remember that if a seller doesn't deliver what he promises, he can get some serious issues with his Ebay reputation, not to mention with Ebay itself.
