no, i dont know all the games that support it, but its the devs choice, and only newer games do.
like Section 8

Title of the thread is misleading. " Why can't product keys be attached to our LIVE acounts?" The awnser is that they can with LIVE 3.0. But only two game developers have used this feature so far; RF:G & Section 8. At the same time we get complaints that people cannot sell the whole game after they are done with it.

Getting rid of the install limit altogether would fix both problems. I don't even want to know how many topics we've had about people exceding that limit, let alone the number of people, who've experienced it without posting somewhere.
