It probably won't be LIVE enabled.

The only way I see it being LIVE is if the update the browser and have them played in there.

Yeah I have these too, but they will not be GFWL.

I also would MS to stop doing this type of stuff. If you are going to include extra's into a product, to create value that you cannot get with a lower product version. Don't then go back & give them out for free. MS is consitently doing this type of thing & it is a smack in the original customers face.

here is a screenie of the games available in messenger.

My question is why do i have to open a conversation with someone to start playing?

Why is there not a GFW tab in messenger instead?

Why is microsofts PC gaming so uncoordinated? you have games for windows, messenger, and msn zone.

Why aren't they all just migrated into the games for windows service? would be good if this was available in the offline client or directly into the games section of the start menu.

You are talking about three different teams/divisions within MS. Let's wait until they release this before we jump to so many conclusions.

Wishful thought forming..

Is this the start of a digital download service or the first two games for an Arcade for PC? I know the answers are both "No," but I can't help setting myself up for disappointment if it means a bit of excitement and anticipation. Especially when I can see them tweaking the Texas Hold 'Em to allow 4 other players to join instead of NPCs.

I said once on these forums that once windows 7 comes out we are gonna be seeing some casual games from microsoft and i aint really surprised :D

Now for the Live componant, it would make sense to make these two games live, in tinker u make ur own maps and upload them for other people itll be some what of a good thing, and hold em, well online multiplayer, if GFWL makes it to these two games, then the Games for Windows live Arcade, is  here, and even if there is no live, i think this is th arcade componant of LIVE.

But its good to see i was right :), just when Windows 7 touches down i said that we would be seeing some sort of casual games :) and they were once Vista Ultimate extras so yea :)
