1.) Unplug zune from USB, and closed Zune Software.2.) Held the Power Button and the media button (media button is the button on the upper left side that brings up the volume). You hold this for 15 sec, count them out because the first 2 times i did this as soon as my zune shut down i let go of buttons and nothing happened. So just hold them till it says sync with computer.3.) once that screen pops up, plug the zune into ur pc and the software will open up and right away say update to 4.3! If it doesn't open then start the software manually.
