I hate mods......
are you kidding? some of the greatest game play comes from mods.
We wouldn't have Counter Strike if it wasn't for mods (it was originally a mod)
Even your beloved MW & MW2 incorporated some mods into it's design.
Mods are quite simply one of the biggest reason to love PC gaming, in fact I would almost consider it ranked tie with number one with the PC being the best console graphically.
Sure some of the mods are annoying, maybe humorous for a bit, but some mods add such depth to a game as it is inconceivable how the developers didn't come up with it first.
Unless you were talking about mods such as GFWLMod, well then beware the wrath of the banhammer O.o

this along with the console crack and additional maps I think are great.
While the multiplayer might play ok, I find the lack to choose a game to join difficult. Instead of finding a game I want to join I am forced into a game that I might not be interested in.
Single player is ok and I'm waiting to find a right time to play spec op's.
