gwf is ok but live really isn't that good, connecting with friends is good in live and the achievements are too, but other than that i really think they need dedicated servers,  but in this case just cause 2 really doesn't need great pings because its not a game ppl really compete at . Most downloaded content on live is not free also which i could deal with if it was like 3-5 bux,  dragon age just made 1million on the 1st dlc release so you really can't tell me there not raping you on charging for alil extra contenet imagine what other companies make off that prolly alot more for a couple hrs worth of play.

so in my opinion STEAM>LIVE

Well this looks really cool!

It seems that Rouge Warrior will no longer be a GFWL title and just a GFW title. The LIVE no longer appears on the latest box art and the website no longer mentions LIVE for Windows either.

At very least I now have Just Cause to get this game Stick out tongue

I read yesterday that it is DX10 only and that it DOSENT support DX9 if that true then it will fail on pc as most people still uses windows xp... Eidos must make the game DX9 compatible too so evryone can play it my is not powerful enough to run DX10, and i dont have plans to buy a new one any time soon , we must do something to forcre them release a DX9 version of tghe game too!!

even low end cards are dx10 now guys come on dx10 is so diff than dx9 its a total revision, dx10 is a new base for future dx releases so basically 9 has to be left behind sometime so pc gaming can move forward more instead of hanging back to make sure all this really old hardware can run it, i think dx10 and higher only games should come more and more. Im tired of 8 year old hardware and software holding the future of pc gaming back. You can get a gt240 for 60 bux right now or a ati 5750 dx11 card for like 130,  i mean if you can't afford that maybe you should give up gaming for awhile and focus on making money

If it is DX10 and up only, and GFWL then I have 2 reasons to buy it...

It's about time for DX9 to die, and let PC gaming advance, that crap is holding PC gaming back...

i agree if you read my comment above, except for the gfwl support i don't like live on pc its a step backwards in pc gaming if live is to succeed on pc it has to move forward not give u the features of outdated consoles steam>gfwl and also devs need to stop stepping more and more towards p2p gaming i don't mind if they put the option in there to do that kind of gaming but dedicated is still way faster.

If they dont make it dx9 compatiblie, then i have a reason not to buy it as i am still on xp and most people stii uses xp, Do you know that most games not work on vista/7 not matter how powerful your pc?? And do you know how much it will cost me to buy a new pc? My Athlon X2 44000  8800 GT 512 can run 99% of games on max settings with better graphics and framerates than the consoles. We dont need D10 or DX11. If they dont make a dx9 version then the game will not sell well and Eidos will blame piracy for that and they will say "pc gaming is dying" again.

THEY MMUST MAKE IT DX9 COMPATIBLE!!

It's about time that we move away from DX 9 Cool DX 10 has been here for more then 3 years now, it's about time we see some DX 10+ only games Yes
