The revamp of the marketplace is sweet!! even so more as there was no announcement of any update incoming and so was more of a surprise when updated! Its just good to know that you havent been sat on your arses all day but you have been in fact hard at work and with the latest rumours of the GTA IV DLC incoming is that its all good news!!!! keep up the good work!

I just installed Crysis finally on my Windows 7, and it works just fine, except one problem; I can not switch to the old profile I created on Vista (which I copied over from that HDD) it simply crashes to desktop, so I deleted it.

So since I deleted it (I never really got all that far anyway ) I decided to create a new profile, well as soon as I do, it crashes to the desktop again.

Like I said, if I use the default profile, it runs flawlessly. I guess I shouldn't be concerned If I'm able to play it, but to me that means something is not working right.

Now as I write this it occurs to me that I have yet to run the game as administrator, so I'll try that when I get home, but the only other thing I can think that I may need to address is that of the 3 patches for the game, I only installed the first one as administrator, the two latter ones I did not, was rushing too much...

So if running the game as administrator doesn't work, does anybody have any suggestions that I could try, outside of the obvious uninstall and start from scratch...

Hi, i have recently re-installed my original copy of DAWN OF WAR 2, i had previously installed the game but i uninstalles it, now when i try to download de sniper set, games for windows live shows a message telling that the code has been already used....... what is it due to??

Dawn of War 2 has been updated to 1.9.0.4476 which fixes the Last Stand Game mode bug, so if you were worried about losing your progress, and thus took a break from Last Stand you will now be good to go!

Is Left 4 Dead 2 a GFW game?

Hi,

Am from the Uk. Now I have searched everyware and I can't see any mention of Left 4 Dead 2 being a Games for Windows games. But yesterday when I was in Game and GameStation they had pre order signs up with Left 4 Dead 2 with Games for windows in the cover. They also have Left 4 dead 2 deiplay boxes with games for windows on the cover. Also on game.co.uk website it says pre order Left 4 Dead 2 and get a free in game baseball bat. It says you need a Xbox Live (silver or higher) account to get your baseball bat. Now the only PC games that allow you to sign into your Live gametag is Games for Windows games right?

We at MonstrMoose have made our own Punk Buster type program for Halo 2. MonstrMoose server 1 and 7 require you to run it, before you can enter the server. Soon all our servers will require it. besides it, catching anyone cheating, it also has the Anti-Crash built in. I just want to make something clear about it, we do not care if ppl use blue trainer and other cheats in a private game or private server. This is only for our servers and any server owner that want to make their server hack free and keep the cashers from crashing their games. That way we wont have to go through the ridiculous process of calling microsft about excetting the product key limitation for reinstalling games like gears of war pc or halo 2 pc . It hasnt happened to be but i know people that has come across this issue.
