OK, I restored the defaults via the control panel, and still the same result.

Defaults were never changed as I don't use IE. I also have Firefox and Chrome installed on the PC.

I tried that as well. I still have the same issue.

I first downloaded and installed GFWL back in April. Ever since I've had it, I haven't been able to access the Home or Marketplace tab. After trying to load for a few minutes, I get a window that says "The page cannot be displayed". It's the same page one sees in Internet Explorer if you try to go online with no internet access
