Hey Fearful, I'm afraid I made a mistake. The file we are actually looking for is a hidden file called token.bin (in the same location as your config.bin). Can you do us a huge favor and go through those same troubleshooting steps again but this time focus on token.bin instead of config.bin? (make sure you can see hidden files/folders.)
