Exactlly what he said, except I'm in the US. Same version same OS, same Service pack.

The link at the top is english. If it was dutch then, "the updatedr.inf" error would be in dutch.

From Windows Live, when you download the add on from the market place, it immediately tries to install. Then is says install failed and lists that error(0x800B0003). Microsoft lists the link above as the fix for this, but that gives an "updatebr.inf Fileis invalid".

I am having the exact same problem on the same version of windows. I don't think the link is compatible with 64. I can't find any other option though
