@Trollcsika

Partition Commander is a good one and easy to use.

Have you tried the above steps to confirm if you content works while fallout 3 is installed on a different drive?

I do not have enough space on my C drive, it is only 34.4 GB and Vista 64 with all of my drivers takes up the entire space, is there anyway to get it to work on another drive. This is ridiculous I just had to pay $12 to buy the stupid gamer points or whatever for a $9 game and now I find out that it only works on the C drive, what is the problem here, who thought that that was a good idea? Typical Microsoft crap....

As having never tried it on another dirve other than C: I can not confrim. I have heard other say they are able to access just fine when not installed to c: drive. I would like to hear your experince. Plus a lot of things have changed since the last update. I would not be so quick to blame MS since it is not thier content. I have just put some issues in that others have reported. Like I said I need people to confirm if this is actually an issue.

Why do everyone love C Drive?

Don't they know that C is meant only for OS?.

Iam talking about issue 1 which is ridiculous.

Overall this a wonderful solution from eastmanblue.

Epic, please be awared that ANY proprietary PC you buy has only on hard drive: C!

Now all of us computer whizzes know the positive aspects of having more than one hard drive and/or partition. And in the REAL world, C drive is still it.  Nothing wrong with that if you are ANAL about keeping everything up to snuff and you BACKUP, BACKUP, BACKUP! And for those who don't, well,  I really feel not at all in a redemptive state of mind.  I can say, been there, done that and I ALWAYS keep my info backed up, multiple drives and partitions. Anal? Not really, just been caught with my pants down a few times too many.

Unable to see the Fallout 3 downloadable content in marketplace

"Users who are under the legal age will be unable to see the DLC. This is working as intended.  If you are under the age to purchase the game in your region, you will be unable to view and purchase the content regardless of "parental control" settings."

wheres parental control setting for GFWL or if its window set then its got nothing to do when window user is logged ad admin.

help !!

One of 2 things.

First, it could be just a glitch and you have to wait it out.  2.... What is your age listed in your profile? Are you 18 or over by your profile?  If not......

Well I always laugh when someone suggests that c:\ is meant only for the OS!!!!

And I assume that these people build their own PC's and have never used or purchased a proprietary system.  C drive just is.  If you want to use other HDD and/or partitions, I am all for it for obvious reasons. There is absolutely nothing wrong with using drive c for everything as long as you take into account drive size and using back up tools.

Using C drive will actually speed things up if you keep your HDD defragged and the registry in good shape. Myself, I always redo my PC (wipe and reinstall) at least twice per year, or more.  On my Linux machines, I have never done this.  Go figure.

The only thing I recommend, and to those who know there way around their PC, is to partition there c:\ drive and make sure you keep anything you cannot afford to lose, backed up. And be aware, you will probably lose a partition due to corruption before you lose your HDD physically.

And remember, a lot of software is designed to be installed to c:\ drive so if you install it somewhere else, and I am not saying that there is anything wrong doing that, be aware that you may run into issues of which Eastman Blues is talking about.

Just be aware.

If you are in Canada and cannot see the DLC it is most likely a an account problem. I would sign up for another account and make sure you have your correct age and location entered when starting it. Once you have the new account login to the GFWL marketplace and see if you are able to view the content
