I've played GFWL games in the past with no problems (Lost Planet Colonies and Kane & Lynch), but I can't log onto Live via SF4. Each time I try to log in, it says my email address or password is incorrect. I tried logging onto xbox, xbox.com, GFWL Client (the one with the marketplace) and all those works just fine. SF4 still claim my email address and pasword are wrong. I tried changing my password to something else and try to log in again, still the same problem!
I'm not sure how to contact support either. I looked around the site and it linked to "support.live.com" for Live login issues, but that link doesn't work. Any help would be very appreciated, I'm rather frustrated I can't play the game because of something which seems like a trivial issue. I did change my email address for the account a few months ago, can that be related somehow?
Okay, I think I fixed it by recovering the gamertag. Hopefully I can still use my savegames for lost planet colonies.
