When i start gta4 i cannot sign in to my live profile. When i try downloading my profile it says downloading profile then an update is available and then an error comes up saying "Error 0X80072751 Make sure that you are connected to the internet". I think its a problem with port forwarding but i don't know what ports to forward. Can you please tell me the values of the ports to forward (ASSUMING THAT IS THE PROBLEM)?

i have the same problem.
i have tried everything from opening an entire list of ports to closing firewall (and creating exceptions) to shutting down anti-virus.
this all started after my external hard-drive crashed (where GTA 4 was stored) and i had to re-install. now i cannot even log into gfwl via fallout 3 (on the internal drive) which i was playing just yesterday.
i also installed an update to gfwl after the crash - did the update mess things up? or was it something in the re-installation of GTA?
