Is it a Games for Windows LIVE title? At the end of the trailer it showed
instead of the Games for Windows LIVE logo.

It would have to be considering it's an expansion to the original game.
Glad to see at least one company is still doing expansion packs instead of ripping off consumers. Brand new campaign, new units, army, maps, etc for $30 or so instead of $10 for 3 maps or something.
Plus, an extra 1000 GS for achievement people.
Relic is MS's biggest asset for GFW LIVE at the moment. They get PC gamers, PC gamers love them, and they make good games. If I were MS I'd do everything to keep them on board. I know they had a issue with MS and the LIVE key limitation. A Relic admin posted on the forums that they specifically asked MS to not do that for their own game and they went ahead and did it.
