Microsoft paid a lot of money to have the those DLCs a 360 exclusive. I guess Microsoft is allowing it on the PC since it is also thier platform.
PC specs: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Processor 3.00 GHz, Windows 7 64-bit, 5.00 GB of RAM and a GeForce 9800 GTX+ graphics card.
I want to add that I can't understand why Rockstar releases too quiet their PC ports... like Bully and Manhunt 2 (with zero advertising) and nobody knows when or where can find them.

Hopefully they are releasing GTA: Episodes from Liberty City for GFWL & the DLC option for those of us that have GTAIV. I finally beat GTAIV on PC & have been contemplating getting GTA:EfLC. Looks like the waiting is going to pay off.
FINALLY! A reason for me to reinstall GTAIV!
